POINTS OF DANUBE PEARLS (DP) Multiple Project
I. definitions
THE ‘DANUBE PEARLS’ name means
A MULTIPLE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND QUALITY SYSTEM FOR LIVABLE DANUBE RIVER BANKS ALONG THE DANUBE RIVER ON THE BASE OF MEDIEVAL, MODERN CASTLES, FORTRESSES, CHURCHES, FURTHER CULTURAL HERITAGES, NATURE VALUES AND RESORTS, SINCE 2013.
The main elements of DP actions are
- Networking, Partners-to-Partners Program
- Knowledge transfer, Quality systems, Brand-building
- Project-management to DP 7 sub-projects
- Promotion of Danube river, riverbanks, countryside

Characteristic of the projects in the context of the Danube Pearls multi-project
According to Competences
a. Own project, managed and implemented by the partner, intended to include into the Danube Pearls network, and that relates to the "Livable Danube River," concept or to some of the goals of the Danube Pearls multi-project
b. Reference project, which has its own projects selected for adaptation purposes, further in the implementation of joint projects by members
c. The joint project, which will be extended to the entire length of the Danube River
By magnitude and by the content of investments
a. Hard projects, facilities more typically require a larger investment
b. The soft project is that requires a smaller investment in facilities and equipment purchasing, requiring rather more service, organizational activities
By the method of implementation - projects could be
a. By own venture coordination, referent goal for the DP
b. In joint venture (all partners taking part in it)
c. Optional venture when more partners of the DP network alternatively take part in it
The multiple projects means seven professional sub-projects:
